Abyss Lich swap to Normal (Help Pls)

Support via email couldn't help me and sent me here... I chose Abyss Lich and now I need to return to normal Lich, but there is no such option... I killed the Abyss boss many times, but the NPC no longer appears. I also passed trial 4, reset my talents, but the Altar is not active... meaning there is nothing I can do.

I don't have the energy to collect 240k gold for resets for testing anymore... and without passive talents, my build doesn't work.
