Herald of Ice + Herald of Thunder bugged/innacurate wording

Currently Herald of Thunder states that:

"

subsequent Attack Hits ... release lightning bolts which deals Attack damage to all surrounding enemies.

however, Herald of Ice explosions, which are considered an Attack Hit, do not trigger Herald of Thunder bolts.

This specific interaction should be allowed given the current wording of Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder.
