Strongboxes dont drop monsters but loot

I have all strongbox passibves marked on the skilltree. In like every 5th, by feeling, opened strongboxes they dont create monsters , the passives like freeze meteors etc work and also the loot drops.
oOnce I could also0 open one twice both time no monsters but loot.
