Unkillable boss - the Withered Rose

Bosses like Draven and Asinia in the act1, cannot be killed in the maps when you enter the area and quickly left and go back again. I killed the Ashen lord (equivalent of Draven) but cannot start the fight with the Withered Rose (equivalent of Asinia)
