Everything Went Missing!

I have been trying to get my Steam and PS5 accounts merged onto a new email address under one account with no success and no response from support.

Yesterday, I tried to connect my PS5 account to my main account and now all of my character and micro-transactions are missing. I sent another email to support about unlinking that account but I still haven’t heard anything back. Weeks have gone by in my request for help in the beginning.

Now, I am worried that I have lost access to everything I worked on building. How long does it generally take for something like this to get fixed and will someone from support eventually respond to my submissions?
