Perfect Exalted Orb gives 48 ilvl
Iv had dex\int helmet. t1 %def, t1 +#def.
Double Exalt omen, Homogenising.
I should had random def in prefix. and deflect t1. Since recharge rate is 48ilvl. But i got recharge rate 48ilvl instead.

Perfect Exalt can roll any affix even if it lower than ilvl 50. It just guarantees that any affix that has tiers higher than ilvl 50 will roll these tiers and not tiers lower than ilvl 50.
