3 out of 5 characters stuck in Hideout - cannot login

Hi,

My account: Karuayy#0332
Gateway: Japan

I currently have 3 out of my 5 characters stuck in their Hideouts.
Whenever I try to log into these characters, the game fails to load and disconnects me back to the login screen.

Other characters on the same account are working fine, but these 3 cannot be accessed at all.

Could you please move these characters back to town (e.g. Lioneye’s Watch) or reset their Hideouts so I can log in again?

At the character select screen, have you tried clicking the Home button on the character to force them into the hideout? Typical solution if the instance has crashed and semi-common when maps have crashed.

If they are already in the hideout and the hideout is what has crashed, try this:
Login with a different character, change the hideout, then change it back. It will force a new hideout instance and all 3 of your characters should reset if they were stuck in a bugger instance.

If that fixes it, you may want to consider a different hideout or investigate what is causing the issue. One character is one thing, but 3 of them doing it is pointing to some underlying issue that will likely repeat itself.
