Server rerolled, item gone!!

got my first HH droped in map. game paused, thought internet problem. close the game, log in see portal gone, then item also gone. wuttt!?!??!?!?!

and then now another crash back to log in screen, again map lost?!!!?!??!

as much as i will well known the answer will be "nothing we can do for your lost", but whoever responsible behind this...i c u, 1 day you will face the same thing irl
