BUG IN THE BASIC ATTACK SKILL

I have a bug in my skill tree, I have two attacks with the staff activated, so far so good, the problem is that I can't remove either of them and they are taking up a skill slot, I have this problem because I need to add a new skill to my tree but I can't, because this bug won't let me remove it, I've already tested everything I thought of, if you have a solution or something I can do please let me know!

yeah ii know man, but as u can see in the image, i have TWO basic attacks, and One of them are taking a skill gem slots, the basic attack slot is taken a skill slot, that's my problem

You have two basic attacks because you presumably have a weapon equipped in both weapon slot 1 and 2.
Do you still have 9 gem slots?
