Where are the fracturing mirrors?

I haven’t seen one yet in the whole time I’ve been playing 0.3. Have they been removed from the game? If so, why does the mod that gives you more of them still appear on precursor tablets?

I was just thinking the same thing. I allocated the atlas node, but haven't seen a single one.
