Black Crow boss on Maps is invulnerable and wont transition to phase 2

While doing maps with my character the Black crow boss won't transition to 2nd phase. His energy shield is always full and is invulnerable. My character is stuck and need to die to be able to leave the area! Please fix this issue!

The same bug occurred today on the exact same boss (map: Blooming Fields).

He transitioned to phase 2, but after I died and fought him again, he no longer transitioned and remained invincible. He could not be hit — projectiles passed through him, no damage appeared on his health bar — yet he still fought normally and was able to damage my character.

I tried leaving the game and re-entering, but the bug persisted.

At that point, the only options were either to die again or quit the game and wait for the instance to reset.

It seems like the phase transition trigger is being cancelled or skipped under certain conditions. The bug should be fairly easy to reproduce. Please fix this specific boss encounter in maps.
