Spirit problems with minions and auras

Yo,
Nowadays I've decided to play witch and I have a big problem with spirit. I wanted to play lich minion build, but noticed that my minions are disappearing. For example, I spawned 2 warrior minions and 4 sniper minions. When farming, one of my snipers randomly vanish. I've noticed that I got only 10 spirit (1 sniper minion at 7lvl lost about 35 spirit). The only solution that I discovered is reduce all minions to 0 and then add them back (it works for few minutes btw). I discovered second problem with spirit on minion build.

Do you have any solutions, how I can fix it? (I didn't swap weapons)

As a workaround, and a cheap solution to POE2's lack of Convocation (POE1), it is a good idea to grab some cheap wand and make a second skill set. Then, go into your minions and make sure all of them are associated with only skill set one. Weapon swap will then, instantly resummon everyone which usually corrects the game suddenly forgetting how to do math.

Sadly, this too is bugged and the game frequently forgets that you associated such and such a minion with such and such a weapon set and once in a while you'll have to redo it.
