Game stop working in the weirdest way, please send help. [Solved]

EDIT: Going into Vulkan resolved the issue

I have the pleasure to be the selected player of having this giga weird issue:

I am playing normally, no big things going on.
Suddenly game freezes (a bit like an application stop working and you could say wait for it to respond, eventhough I don't have that message from windows when that happen).
I wait and then the background goes to loading screen (the cogs of GGG turning and the rain of ash), the foreground overlay (spell + mana + life) is visible.

Then the game comes back to life. Issue is, either I get the image back and then the game continues working OR the games continues working but I don't have yet the image back (still on that loading screen). The forme, I'll just wait but the other one, I get killed easily coz I have to navigate through the minimap to try to survive until the image comes back.

I run a DDR5 - 32 GB + Ultra 7 265kf + RTX 5070 Ti -> this should be plenty to run the game smoothly.
However, I have a friend with a slightest lower build who never encountered that issue...

There is probably something on my setup or in the options that trigger this issues but I can't find what is the source of the issue.

If you ever found a solution I am all ears.
