Hammer of Kamasa

When defeating Mektul the Forgemaster, he never drops the Hmmer of Kamasa. I've tried restarting my instance and fighting him again and it still doesn't drop.
This is my second character for the Abyssal league, I'm not sure if that could be relevant or not. My account is MandoROnin#8308 and my charter that is having this issue is Prixis Last bumped on Sep 16, 2025, 9:15:10 PM
