Black Crow Bugged Still

Hello,

Confused why this black crow boss is still in the end game.... I have not been able to complete a single map where he appears. Every time i get to him he breaks on the first phase. I tried to do less damage, hit the phase change with DOT, played co-op with someone who does significantly less damage than me and still it broke.

This boss needs to be looked at and taken out of the pool for the time being. The phase change trigger needs to be like a health range similar to like the open weakness debuff or something. This boss has been like this for a while but it seems to break more consistently this patch.
