Question about +5 Minion Skills scepters

Hey, I’m a bit confused. From what I can see on PoE2DB and Craft of Exile, the T1 “+ to Level of all Minion Skills” mod only goes up to +4. But I keep seeing scepters with +5 to all Minion Skills listed for sale.

Omen of sanctification + divine orb on a +4 skill scepter
To sanctify the item. Rerolls the stats then applies an 80-120% multiplier. Probably used with Hinekora's lock if it's a high value item. An alternative to corrupting items for the endgame. |

+5 is legacy. You'd have to have it before they patched it out.
