Cannot select Weapon Set for Sacrifice Skill‏

Hi, I have noticed that it's not possible to select a weapon set for this skill, even though it's available for most of the skills i saw, it's an important feature for weapon swap:

As you can see, weapon set selection not shown here, also, i think that if skills have currently incorrect weapon type - they shouldn't consume spirit, here you can see 2 skills that i cannot use since i use a scepter, so why they still take spirit?

got the same thing, only on sacrifice skill. the text is still there, just the check boxes are missing. all other skills are fine.

same. not really sure why its like this since its really good with weapon sets and is literally what my build is based around against bosses
