Buried Shrines - Cannot open guarded sarcohpagus

Sarcophagus looks clickable, but nothing happens. I've opened it on a previous character, so I don't know what's wrong on this character's first encounter with it.

+1 never happened before..

Sarcophagus at end of a chamber oriented toward north east (meaning that sarcophagus is at NE of entrance). No clue if it's useful, a pattern or w/e. |
