Delirium MTX Effect cause massive FPS Drops

I bought the MTX for Essence Drain, Contagion, Dark Effigy and Despair:

Delirium Essence Drain Effect
Delirium Dark Effigy Effect
Delirium Contagion Effect
Delirium Despair Effect

When i use the MTX the game goes from stable 120 fps down to 15-30 in big packs.
Without the MTX i have no problems.

Setup:
MSI Pro X870-P
AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3D 8-core
NVIDIA Geforce RTX 5090
64GB Ram
Windows 11 Pro

Tried different graphical setups / DX 12 / Vulkan etc.

Nothing changes.
