Player Energy Shield Bugged

I am experiencing 2 bugs. They have been happening for over a week.

The first bug is that my energy shield takes about 70 damage randomly from nothing every 5 to 30 seconds. This happens with no mobs around and even in my hideout.

The second bug is that my max energy shield value changes by about 100. This is different than taking damage; the actual max value drops by 100 randomly and then returns to the normal value. This goes back and forth at least once every 5-30 seconds.

I am not changing gear or using anything that would cause these effects.

I'm on a level 89 ranger. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but this did nothing to fix the bug.

This is my first time trying POE and this is a pretty frustrating bug knowing that it can cause me to die and lose experience. It will make doing my 4th ascendancy much harder as well.

Probably going to quit unless this ever gets fixed.
