a OLD PoE1 account and new account from Steam

I've been playing PoE1 for a long time witsout steam.
today I installed PoE1 via steam and launched the game I wanted to choose my old chars there, but I found an empty list. then I tried to connect the PoE1 account to the steam account via the web, but it says: ########################################################## The Steam account associated with this request is already linked to another Path of Exile account. Current Account: nestandart#0436 Existing Account: nestandart#4221 Proceeding with this request will permanently associate your accounts. You will not be able to merge any further accounts with the same login methods (Steam) to this Path of Exile Account. Do I need to do something else or just wait now? and if i wait, how long can it last? I don't need it urgently, but just knowing the duration would be good. I tried to update the game without steam, but I get an error "error: unsupported protocol while downloading https://patch.poecdn.com/3.26.0.13/fmod.dll" (Win10 RU, 32Gb RAM etc...) tnx!
