Frozen Sprite

I tested the support gem frozen sprite on 2 skills both not triggering its effect. I tried the bow skill freezing salvo and the crossbow skill fragmentations rounds on a monk (chayula). The latter is particularly troublesome, as it is a suggested support for that skill.
It does however work on auto attacks on this character, other effect or support skill interactions were not active.

I can confirm, I cant see Frozen Sprite to work or create any effects.
