The Peacemaker's Draught Amphora Relic reduced maximum mana

The Peacemaker's Draught Amphora Relic said to reduce the defend to zero.
My energy shield has already converted to maximum mana by eldritch battery but this relic somehow reduced my maximum mana and honour.

I used to be afflicted by the affliction with the same effect but my mana don't reduce.
