Buff Rolling Slam please
I'm investing everything into attack/skill speed and my skill is hard capped at 2.0 attack time.
Don't get me wrong, I like the fact that maces are slow and that the damage pays off. But not being rewarded for investing in attack speed, combined with the 50% slows in the endgame, makes it unbearable. My suggestions 1- Maces should have a natural slow potency resistance 2- Rolling slam first slam should be more responsive, maybe +15% attack time for first slam and -15% attack time for the second one (The time of the two attacks combined would remain the same but more responsive.) 3- Attack speed is not paying off I beg you, listen to me, im investing in rolling slam since day one. I agree. I've had rolling slam on my Warrior skill bar since day 1 because I just really like it aesthetically, but it definitely feels like it was designed for an earlier, slower build of the game. It hits that familiar wall between campaign and endgame that makes so many tactical skills too slow for survival.
I like your idea of shifting some of Rolling Slam's attack speed from the second attack to the first, so the whole thing isn't extremely fast but does give you damage and stun faster out of the gate. I also wonder, if endgame remains as fast and dense as it is (I would personally prefer that it not, but that's another topic), maybe skills with in "+X to attack time" should have an effect like the support gems that increase armor/evasion proportional to attack time built into them baseline. |

" I can't count how many times i died MID AIR before land my first slam because i was slowed by 50% versus a MEGA ABYSS ELITE that is invunerable melting my HP through 85% armor + capped resists with his mega poison aura or random mega hits xD And yes Rollingslam performs well (not perfectly) for campaign, but doesn't seem compatible for endgame. " About that I really enjoy abyss density level, if they fix performance it will be splendid. If they can't fix, im fine with less density but stronger monsters too |

I use Rolling Slam regularly in endgame and have no problems with it on bosses or elites.
Personally, I don't see the problem as being the speed of the attack, but rather that sometimes it can't be canceled and I can't avoid damage. This is most noticeable with Leap Slam or Rolling Slam. Personally, I would solve this by reducing the damage taken during attacks such as slams, either from the tree or from a quality gem. |

" Weird, I have never even once had a problem with not being able to cancel the attack, the roll is extremely clean I also had no problem needing more defense during rolling slams. Having problems with taking too much damage during the skill animation = Sometimes Having problems about skill attack speed = ALL THE TIME |

" Pretty much same experience here. Especially useful with the abyss rares and closing distance to make quick work of the degen pool so you dont have to worry about it so much. Maybe the OP is using it a bit different than usual Mash the clean

" I breath rolling slam, theres not a single player that used it more than me, 550 hours of warrior and rolling slam, i don't play any other build. I'm not feeling good using this skill in current state. Last edited by rdm0O0Etly#4601 on Sep 15, 2025, 12:38:00 PM

Personally, I use it as a filler, as a stun build attack, or as a trigger for fissures. My classic combo is forge hammer then warcry / leap slam with Crater support gem and then rolling slams, as these are two hits (on my character, 1.8 seconds for 30k for the first slam and 60k for the second slam according to ingame stats), which means that damage fissures are triggered twice. But I realize that everyone uses it a little differently.
For me, the damage and attack speed are fine, but as I said, I would prefer greater survivability during the attack so that the attack can be completed even when surrounded by enemies. |

" I figured maybe the skill feels okay to people who don't use it often. When used as a complement to boneshatter or forge hammer builds, it might feel different. But as a MAIN skill its not okay, its very slow. |
