Im F'n Livid....

Was just about to be level 90, 10 percent xp away. Died Omen of Amelioration didnt work. I reclicked it. Later died again due to another bs mechanic. Omen didnt work again. Suffice to say im less than 50 percent xp because this game is trash and doesnt do what its supposed to do. Way to waste my time eh? Wish i could get a refund of every penny i put in this shit.

more likely you also had the omen that triggers once you reach low life too.
Only one omen can trigger per zone.

as other's have said, 1 omen per zone. Learn the mechanics instead of complaining.

it's be sht since 0.1.0. GGG AKs keep defending it and covering it up but even when you have only this Omen in the inventory and it is active, it sometimes won't go off.

The most plausible explanation I read about this is you can only use one in a map. if your character got killed by one of GGG's classics for the first time in the map, the omen works that one time. If you bring another into the map when you revive, it won't work anymore.
