Unable to Obtain "Hammer of Kamasa" in Act 3 (Bug Report)

I would like to report an issue I encountered in Path of Exile 2 regarding the quest item "Hammer of Kamasa."

After defeating the arena boss in Act 3 (Treasures of Utzaal quest), the "Hammer of Kamasa" dropped, but I was unable to pick it up. The item remained in the arena area, and my character could not access it. I attempted to re-enter the area and reload the instance, but the problem persisted. As a result, I am unable to complete the quest.
