Cannot use any spirit skill (e.g. summon minions, auras, etc) after equipping Dueling Wand

After equipping the Dueling Wand, I cannot use any spirit skills like Withering Presence or summon any minion. The skills work fine after equipping another wand type. Is this a bug?

I'm having the same issue with a Dueling wand :S
It says I don't have enough spirit to summon any minions (I have 348 spirit free), if I remove the dueling wand or put a random low level wand it works |
