Prison hideout & farmlands hideout listed on the wiki are not spawning

Hideouts in general appear to be incredibly rare this league, all the same, I haven't been able to find a single user submission image or video about the hideouts supposedly added in 0.3

Either these hideouts are not activated and have been datamined or are not spawning at all.

Either way hideout rarity might be bugged in general because i've spotted 4~ at level 96.
