Various Consume Freeze Not Destroying Ice Crystals

While skills that normally dont consume freeze with biting frost are working, skills like elemental sundering are not working on ice crystals. Grenades with biting frost do not destroy the ice crystals either. I tested the grenades on explosive grenade and flash grenade. As written it would imply that ice crystals should be instantly destroyed.

Snipe does not destroy the crystals either despite consuming freeze.

Please fix this ASAP me and my friend made builds together to use these interactions that are apparently not working.

Skills to test if they destroy high health ice crystals:
Snipe
elemental sundering
Explosive grenade supported by biting frost
Flash grenade supported by biting frost

Still does not work. Tried it with Icestorm.
All skills that consume freeze do it from the enemies. This is likely why ice crystals do not shatter.
