All game cosmetics are delivered through the shop or occasional Twitch drops. Why not adopt a system from other games like BNS, where skins can also be obtained from raids, achievements, or quests?

The game feels monotonous overall, with nothing providing a strong incentive to keep playing. While there are new leagues and content every four months, it all feels routine and gets wiped after each cycle. There is nothing permanent to hold onto.
