The Black Crow untargetable and invulnerable

I'm mapping and got this boss fight in the map, around half way into fight it stops taking damage. Restarting doesn't work, only workaround I found out is to just start a new map.

Same thing happened to me. YOu cant target him. I think he is supposed to grab the bell and leave, but the animation never triggers. I had to let him kill me to get out of the map. There goes my XP :(
