plunder's point felt like a waste of my time
It would have been nice to at least be told you can only hit the detonator once. It might cut down on the number of people who have never done expedition who just lay down one charge and hit the detonator because they think that's the prudent course of action. What a stupid fucking quest.

Classic GGG problem. They never explain anything, they just assume you know, or even worse: "you messed up, know you know what not to do later".

" It's a "stupid fucking quest" because out of, what, 15 charges, you decided one was good before hitting the plunger? Crazy projection. |

Hopefully PoE2 will have Help Pages like PoE1 does. And they will add all the missing pages for mechanics like these in both games.

I still don't understand how they could repeatedly talk about their game is going to be casual friendly and explain stuff, be more simple, etc. Then release with almost zero explanation on most mechanics.

I think hand holding simple things isn't their priority right now, it will come in time, remember you're playing an Early Access game, not everything is there yet. Thanks for the feedback tho, but wrong sub-forum.

The introduction from Dannig tells you to place the FIRST explosive. So you do that, press the detonator and then you can't place the rest??? If you're meant to place ALL of them then have him say ALL explosives. Not having misleading dialogue in the game is the bare minimum to ask for.

" I went to that story where the NPC talks about the first explosive... and I lost the island. :/ |

lol honestly it's kinda funny - the expedition implementation is pretty much a copy/paste from poe1 so it likely felt fine for those players. Introducing it in a new-player way was probably not considered a priority. I'm sure this will get some sort of pop-up that says like "you still have x remaining charges to place, are you sure you want to detonate?".
