Act 3 Quest Bug: Treasures of Utzaal

I get to the boss and kill him, and then it says "pick up the hammer of Kamasa". But the hammer doesn't drop. I reset the area and tried again and it's the same issue. I've already completed the game and prologue so I'm not sure if that's part of the problem. But it won't let me finish this quest. I tried disabling loot filters and it's still the same issue.

Bumping this. I have the same problem.

Boss bugged, doesn't drop quest item.

Post patch my second char can't complete it , I finished act3 without doing Moletn Vault to come back to it and now it can't be done.
