Can somebody explain belts charm slots mathemagic?

- without belt you have 1 charm slot
- with +1 charm slot belt you have 2 charm slots
- with +2 charm slots belt you have 3 charm slots
- with +3 charm slots you stll have only 3 charms lots

what a reason for +3 charm slots mod to exist on belts?

I read somewhere that they have plans to add more slots later thats why its inconsistent.

i read posts about these plans, but they are like half of a year old.

im also wondering this? the 2 charm slot and 3 charm slot belts appear to give the same charm slots???????????

There used to be a fix 1 charm belt implicit. Noone had any charms. They changed this to be 1-3 and we get a free slot from the campaign now. Hence excess slots.

They talked about considering to change the maximum number of charms, but the technology aint here (yet)
