Omen of Greater Exaltation with Perfect Exalted Orb does not guarantee 2 ilvl 50+ mods?

I had a ilvl 82 Sorcerous Tiara with T1 % Increased Energy Shield Prefix and T1 Cold Resist Suffix.

A Omen of Homogenising Exaltation, Omen of Dextral Exaltation and Omen of Greater Exaltation were active in my inventory.

The only affix tags in the pool for a Omen of Homogenising Exaltation enabled Perfect Exalt should be ilvl 50+ defense, elemental, and cold.

The only ilvl 50+ suffixes in that range are T3+ Fire Resist, T3+ Chaos Resist, and T3+ Lightning Resist.

When doing this, I received a ilvl 68 (T2) Chaos Resist and a ilvl 48 (T1) Energy Shield Recharge Rate.


Per the description of Perfect Exalt, this should not be possible. Is there something I missed? Or does this look like a bug? Either the three Omens being used at the same time causing the ilvl 50+ qualification of the Perfect Exalt not being applied correctly, or was Energy Shield recharge rate bumped up in ilvl and not properly documented on poe2db and craft of exile?

A following double omen activation, Omen of Homogenising Exaltation and Omen of Greater Exaltation, with a Perfect Exalt did provide 2 ilvl 50+ prefixes.

If you click "Minimum Modifier Level", it explains that you will always be able to roll the highest tier Energy Shield Recharge rate modifier possible (or any modifier really), even if the ilvl requirement is below 50. It cannot fully block a mod type.

Yes, it's worded incorrectly, but look in the wiki: Perfect Exalted Orb (Mechanics).

I had something similar to this happen but with a gold ring. It was item level 76 and dropped with 3 mods
P adds fire to attacks.tier1
S +intelligence........tier2
S %increased Rarity....tier2
hit it with a omen of homogeneous exaltation, omen of sinistral exaltation, omen of greater exaltation, and perfect exaltation at once. I got a tier 2 %increase to fire dmg. Makes sense - homogeneous referenced fire tag, sinistral gave prefix, and perfect exaltation gave tier 2

The other mod it rolled was adds physical to attacks - homogeneous references attack tag, sinistral gave prefix, but the mod rolled a tier 4? Everything else makes since but the tier 4 i still can't make sense of since the perfect exalt should have worked with the omen of greater exaltation to force 2 mods with minimum tier 2 if I'm understanding correctly. Unfortunately all I have are screenshot of the item in its current state. I was too preoccupied with figuring out what happened I ran out of time to save the footage so I have no absolute proof but thought I'd share regardless.

P.s. I'm on ps5 if that makes any difference lol
