The Hammer dropped on my first char, but wont drop on my second..

Same thing happening here with my alt char. The hammer does not drop. Any fix for this?

Same problem with me, with the first character the hammer fell and with my second character it didn't fall even after several attempts, maybe it's the second character, the game is of the opinion that the quest has been completed
