Tame beast issue, does not work with act 4 beasts, other acts work as intended

Hi, I have seen this issue been talked about many times now;
Tame beast skill not taming beast, that's all most people say.

I spent around 4 hours trying to tame beasts in act 4 with no luck, but when I went back to the other acts, they worked fine. Not sure what the issue is there, but I'm assuming the classification of the beats tag and the gem has some mismatch with act 4 beasts.

-Have tried skill gem levels from 9 to 20, all have the same issue, so gem level and beast level is not the issue
-Character level to beast level difference had no effect
-Maps have no effect, act 1–3 beasts can be captured, act 4 not

Would love to hear if anyone else can replicate the issues or if there is anything I missed.

Yup I am unable to tame an elephant, was really looking forward to it , as it is my first time taming a beast. It is not working.

Same issue ... I was able to a few days ago in Act 4 but I tried both last night and today and it does not work any longer.
