Elemental Sundering not working right

In the 0.3 patch, the forst mage skeletons command skill was changed so that the minions affected by it count as frozen for other abilities (content release video 25:28), and the ingame tooltip confirms this.

But it only seems to work with the brutes new command skill, and not generally count as frozen. Elemental sudnering should be able to consume the frozen, since it can consume ailments on allies. But it doesnt.

PLEASE FIX!

I just tried this interaction and was disappointed it didn't work.. I wanted to create a giant frozen army and explode them all in a giant icy blast. Also Infernal army should count as ignite too, as a suggestion..
