Omen of the Liege does not guarantee mods as written
Bug Report ID: #186256890
Used Omen of Sinistral Necromancy and an Omen of the Liege, got the successful message that they were consumed, and after revealing the desecrated modifier options at the well of souls for a wand, it rolled: flat max mana, % damage as extra lightning, or %spell damage + flat mana. None of these modifiers are an Amanamu modifier, the omen says it will guarantee an Amanamu modifier. Based on the modifiers that already existed on the wand, it should have rolled Amanamu % spell damage + minion % damage. Omens failing to guarantee mods is reproducible. These were rolled on: Rarity: Rare Phoenix Needle Dueling Wand -------- Requires: Level 65, 103 Int -------- Sockets: S -------- Item Level: 66 -------- 30% increased Spell Damage (rune) -------- Grants Skill: Level 14 Spellslinger -------- 69% increased Spell Damage 86% increased Spell Physical Damage +6 to Intelligence +3 to Level of all Physical Spell Skills Desecrated Prefix Last bumped on Sep 13, 2025, 6:32:22 AM

I guess spell+minion dmg have the same mod group as spell dmg.

Appears so, I did take a peek at the db site to see beforehand, and that information showed otherwise, obviously any third party tools or data aren't "official" so they aren't always absolutely trustworthy, but I do think it's a bit anti-player to let me consume the, albeit common, omen despite there not being a mod to add if this is the case.
