Derelict Mansion issue

Entered the boss room for Derelict Mansion the screen zooms out which normally starts the boss dialogue. But in this case, Varloch just sits at his piano ignoring my presence.

I'm in the boss room and he's sitting at the piano while she's dancing around me. Can't start fight.

I did have a breach enter the boss room, which I have closed. Bosses were untargetable during breach and after, did not enter boss room before breach happened.

I'm currently standing next to the bosses in Derelict mansion and the entire map is cleared other than them. They won't activate. She's just dancing while he watches.
I can't die to try a reset, nor do I have a reset at checkpoint option on the menu.

I logged into another of my characters and walked into the boss room. Same behavior.

Derelict mansion boss wont fight me

same issue here bug report ref number: 3.277.633.101.

Got the same issue right now.

I could run around in the boss room without boss fight being triggered. Went in and out, left the map, restarted poe2 but nothing helped.

Then I did run outside around the mansion and killed a few more leftover mobs. Went into the boos room (took left door, no idea if it matters lol) and the Ashen Lord got triggered. Killed him. Avelyne is still dancing.

Now I am locked in the boss room but I am able to open a portal.
