Siege Ballista works with Nova Projectiles Support?

Siege Ballista seems to be getting the bonuses from Nova Projectiles when Nova Projectiles says "Does not support Skills which rain down Projectiles from above"

In case it matters, I'm playing Tactician with the Cannons, Ready! node
