Herald damage doesn't wortk with Herald of Blood

Apparently this has been a bug for months now and not fixed in 0.3 still - the Herald Damage passives don't work with Hearld of Blood even though they clearly state that they increase damage in affected by a Herald (any Herald). They also lead up to Agonising Calamity which strictly gives damage bonus with Herald of Blood active and this one works, so why don't the small passives leading up to it work for Herald of Blood? Currently Agonising Calamity is pointless if I need to get 2 nodes that do nothing to get there.

Can confirm that it doesn't work as described. Please fix it.
