Bug ID 2873961778: The Fallen Hero

Hello,

After I killed the boss from quest "The Fallen Hero", and wanted to go back, I can't do that as there is a red gate, and I cannot teleport.

Once I killed him, I picked up loot, and used the book that gave me two atlas points for expedition.

Wow, me too. I killed him too fast that he didn't have time to revived, i heard the changing phase line, but his HP was depleted too fast and he was counted as dead before he changed phase. and now i'm stuck here.

Stuck here too. Fix please, no way to get out!
