Wolvenhold Oswin Not Dropping Ledger

I've killed Oswin multiple times now. His icon still shows incomplete, and he won't drop his skill book ledger. I've reset the instance multiple times, and also allowed them to time out. I've completed the whole zone or gone straight to him. I've killed him quickly and slowly. My first character never had this issue and has the skill points awarded by him.

False alarm. It was in my Titan inventory expansion. Sorry for the confusion!

Thanks for this post, had the exact same issue leveling my Titan, on the same boss, completely forgot about the extra inventory.
