vessel of kulemak boss fight bug

character got stuck in the crack that opens up when fighting the final form of vessel of kulemak. managed to defeat the boss, but character can't move and all the loot becomes inaccessible. After clicking respawn at check point, character becomes unable to leave because portal are disabled in a boss encounter, even though the boss is dead. Had to relog and crtl + left click to go back to hideout.
