Abyss and Ritual on the same map node, no ritual altars spawn.

As title says on both the map screen and while in the map it says there are rituals there to complete but there's no spawns and no button you usually get at the bottom of the screen.

This particular node had irradiated, a boss, ritual and abyss if that's helpful.
