Gem Enthusiast - wrong text

Currently passive skill node called "Gem Enthusiast" does not work as text states:
5% increased Maximum Life if you have at least 10 Red Support Gems Socketed
5% increased Maximum Mana if you have at least 10 Blue Support Gems Socketed
5% increased Movement Speed if you have at least 10 Green Support Gems Socketed

Socket 10 green and red gems - only Life bonus is applied. This node rather works as "Crustallised Immunities" where it states "if a majority of your Socketed Support Gems are XXX"

In my tests, I am getting both the 5% max life and the movespeed concurrently.

But the mana is bugged, and doesnt give it.

I have the same problem,movement speed doesn't work

for me it works if all green gems are part of the current weapon set - then green and red bonus is applied. if any gem is in a skill that only applies to one weapon set, it doesnt work.
