Stuck in Heart of the tribe because of another player Grieving Please Help

My account along with other people are stuck in heart of the tribe boss. We have tried everything to leave it. This player wont move or anything. I have switched characters, logged out, left party. We cant seem to get out. Can you release us from this burden.

Am stuck as well, unable to leave or do anything. The arena is blocked off, can't use restart at checkpoint and we are held hostage, more are getting trapped...

There is no arena button or anything we are caught between the two areas of heart of the tribe boss.

I just tried sending a support ticket and this solution worked for m.
Character Select screen -> Press CTRL + Enter -> Accept the prompt. Should send you back to town, I was able to leave and return to kingsmarch. |

I was also able to leave with ctrl+alt click for me
