No Citadels

Maybe im the only one, but i can't find any Citadel. I'm lvl 92, done tons of Towers to get View on Map, have all quest done except 3 Fragments for Arbiter.
Last Patch was it the colored light beams that show the citadels but now i have none. Any ideas?

over 1 week into the new league 0.3 and i still can't find any citadal after done over 300-500 maps mostly pushing for towers to find some

+1 I'm spending a lot on grand projects to jump and not finding any normal citadels

+1 Got a TON of the new stuff, no normal citadels tho.

The map is open on 5 screens.

I ran through more than 150 locations and completed all the quests. I bought fragments and killed the arbiter. However, the citadels still appeared on my map.

Same problem here. More than 25 towers and not a single citadel either on map or in fog.

I am also not seeing ANY citadels after a week of intensive mapping. I had a constant stream usually in 0.2.

Also the biome description is not displayed anymore when you hover on a node.
