Some general feedback on 0.3
I have played poe1 for 12k+ hours.
I have played poe2 for a thousand or so hours. I don't roll meta. I am fairly casual and just try to improve the build I love the most (sire of shard + ball lighting). 0.1, sire wasn't present. So no go there. However, I really liked the acts, the new feel, etc. The only cons I had was skills didn't really scale up outside of the meta. My top was about 30kdps. 0.2, sire was added. I enjoyed some of the changes, however, the endgame was getting stale. So I played into it a bit, and tried to improve my build, however, I peaked at 50kdps and that was only because I would take advantage of lightning warp. Not ball lightning. 0.3. I love act4. I hope acts 1-3 are refreshed with the vision that led to act 4. The interludes were good to. Immediately noticed more density in endgame. So that makes endgame progress feel a bit better. I noticed a lot more interesting things in the atlas. So I think that would be enjoyable. However, all my dps has been nerfed. Living lightning helps, but the damage is so low, it is better to use lightning bolt from my staff instead of arc, spark, ball lightning, etc. In poe1, I despise abyss. In poe2, I love the abyss. Such a simple mechanical change and the enjoyment from me is completely different. Hopefully after a bunch of bug fixes, spellcasters can get some love.
